Question. How do I order StudentAccess?

Ordering is easy!  Just fill out an order form and fax it in.  For complete details, see our How to Buy page.

Question. Can I get a trial version of StudentAccess?

Yes!  SA-Lite is available for download from our website.  It allows you to enter information for up to 50 students, so you can see how it might fit your specific needs.  We can also send you a CD or give you a demonstration over the web - whatever is most convenient for you!

Question. What TRiO programs is StudentAccess available for?

StudentAccess is available for Student Support Services, Upward Bound, Upward Bound Math/Science, Veteran's Upward Bound, Educational Talent Search, McNair and Educational Opportunity Centers.

Question. Is StudentAccess available for non-TRiO programs?

Yes, we also have unique versions available for Migrant Programs, Disabled Student Services and GEAR UP programs.  Additionally, many Academic Advising offices use StudentAccess to track their student data and services.  You can visit our Help Me Choose page for more information on selecting the version that will work best for you.

Question. What are the minimum system requirements needed to run StudentAccess?

Basically any PC in use today will meet the minimum hardware requirements for running StudentAccess. You will also need to have Microsoft Access 2000 or higher installed on your computer.

Question. Is StudentAccess compatible with  Microsoft Office 2007?

Yes. StudentAccess is fully compatible with Office 2007.

Question. Is StudentAccess compatible with Microsoft SQL server?

Question. Is training available?

Yes, training is available for all versions of StudentAccess and we offer many options.  Dates are flexible and are available most days of the year.  Please feel free to visit our Training page or give us a call for more information.

Question. How do we get our current data into StudentAccess?

Data conversions are available to transfer your data from your current database or previous years APR into StudentAccess - saving you the time and stress of having to manually re-enter the data.
