Alex Grote
Director of Development
Alex propels software development and implements updates for StudentAccess. When
he isn’t programming, he is typically visiting different customers at their
campus and hosting onsite training. Alex attends some conferences and
occasionally hosts the SA workshops. When a customer wants a customized
solution, Alex is typically the person that designs this. You may even speak to
him from time-to-time regarding a specific product question or he may contact
you just to see how things is going. Alex has been with Heiberg Consulting for
over 7 years and he enjoys speaking with our customers and turning their
feedback into new solutions.
Melanie Sanders
Office Manager
Melanie keeps us all organized! She has been with Heiberg
Consulting for over 5 years and she is often the first person you talk to when
you call Heiberg Consulting. Melanie helps customers keep track of their Annual
Support Plan, set-ups their accounts, and assists with communicating important
information. If you have a question about payments, purchasing, or invoices she
is the person that can help!
Erik Green
Product Director
Erik has all the answers when it comes to our solutions. When he is not hosting
live web demonstrations, training customers, or attending conferences and
hosting workshops, you will find him thinking up new ways to improve
StudentAccess. You may even talk with him on a technical support call every now
and then. He has been with us for over 9 years and what he values most about
working here are the friendships he has made within the TRIO community and the
student success stories he has heard.
Wendy Nelson
Product Specialist
Wendy is a product specialist who provides knowledgeable technical support to
StudentAccess customers and works with technical staff on special projects. You
may also speak with her if you have a data conversion, AIO, or LCA to set-up.
She enjoys problem solving and likes to help StudentAccess customers work
through their questions about the software and its many functions.
Brian Horvath
Product Specialist
Brian is one of our product specialists and technical support guru’s. When Brian
isn’t providing technical support he is typically helping customers with other
tasks such as data conversions and data imports. He also assists in developing
and testing the latest updates to SA Software. Brian’s favorite thing about
StudentAccess is helping to create new and helpful customer features in the
software. He has been with Heiberg Consulting for over 4 Years.
Lisa Melhem
Software Assistant
Lisa is a software assistant who supports our technical staff
with a variety of special projects. She also assists with testing our new
software versions before they are released. When she is not working on these
items, you may find her working on data conversions, end-user documentation, or
collaborating with development to explore new ideas for future software updates
or features.
Michael Orth
Product Specialist
Mike is a product specialist and StudentAccess trainer. He provides outstanding
technical support and guidance through the StudentAccess Software. When he is
not hosting a training or providing support, he is most likely assisting in
programming or updates for StudentAccess. He also performs a lot of Access and
Web Development. Mike has been with Heiberg Consulting for over 5 years and his
favorite thing about StudentAccess is being able to help TRIO programs complete
the APR and give guidance for reporting.
Erin Anderson
Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Erin is another person you are
likely to talk to when you call Heiberg Consulting. She helps StudentAccess
customers stay up-to-date with correspondence about new SA features and events.
She is also the person that creates StudentAccess mailings, collateral, and
prepares for conferences. You may have spoken to her if you have ever
participated in any StudentAccess trainings, since she sets these up. Erin
has been with Heiberg Consulting for over 2 years.
