APRG Status and Updates
Each year when the Department of Education relaeases information on the Annual
Perfomance Report StudentAccess updates its software to reflect any changes that
may have an effect on the APRG. As soon as we receive notice that the Department
of Ed has released new information we throughly review it, make the necessary
changes and generate a new version of StudentAccess. When this update is
available, we notify all of our customers by posting an annoucement to our
listserv(s) and our website. The new version of StudentAccess is typically
realeased within one week of the department of ED's announcement. The timing may
be more or less than a week, depending on the number of changes made by ED.
SA Standard customers can access their new version by entering their keycode on
our website. This will direct them to their personal account page and allow them
to download any available updates. This update is free to all SA users that
currently have an Annual Support Plan. Once this update is completed, the APR is ready for generation!
When a SA Online customer receive's notification that a new version has been
released all they have to do is login to their online site and they are ready to
begin! All updates and backups are performed automatically for SA Online
customers.
This page will be updated regularly as any new information which reflects
changes to the APRG becomes available from the Department
of Education.
