The information tracked in StudentAccess is intended to serve two goals:

1.  Provide quick and easy access to information to improve services on a daily
     basis and

2.  Automatically generate annual reports and indicate missing information.

Based on these two goals, we have designed StudentAccess-EOC to be an easy-to-use, comprehensive database solution for student service based organizations.  Key Features include the following:

• Information tracking relating to students, contacts, academic performance/history.

• Customizable forms and reports (with MS Access).

• Information needed for federal performance report is meticulously tracked.

• Annual Performance Report Generator available with missing information report.

• Quick Input Form allows you to enter your student's basic information in a matter of seconds, even while interacting with the student.  Details can then be added later when more time is available.

• Follow-Up Contacts Manager allows you to set reminders and and add notes for when a student will need to be contacted, by what method and any information the student requested.

Lookup Tables
Lookup tables provide default information and standardization making the generation of reports and data entry faster and easier.  The lookup tables are fully customizable and, where appropriate, already contain defaults for the generation of annual performace reports.  Lookup tables include:
