Lab Contact Assistant
The lab contact assistant is designed to collect student activity at computer
labs or open tutoring halls and transfer the data into StudentAccess. The design
of the LCA was established when customers expressed the interest to capture
student's lab visits in the Contacts area of their StudentAccess database, our
two component configuration of the LCA allows you to securely import information
from computer labs, a valuable resource to your students, and transfer it into
StudentAccess. This is all done without compromising the sensitive information
your system currently holds

Features of SA LCA:
LCA allows you to securely import data from student lab visits and automatically
transfer that information into StudentAccess
LCA has the ability to transfer only the data of the students that are currently
in StudentAccess
Your StudentAccess data is safe from other lab users. Only approved information
from the LCA Administrator is transferred into StudentAccess
The annual support fee for the LCA is included in your current Annual Support
Plan
