StudentAccess doesn't assume a one-size-fits-all approach. We offer many versions customized to fit the exact needs of your department or grant. This page is intended to help you determine which version is best suited for your needs.
SA-SSS
Developed specifically for TRIO Student Support Services programs. Program specific features include detailed student tracking at the college and University level and persistence rates to meet national SSS goals.

SA-UB
Developed specifically for TRIO Upward Bound programs, including Math/Science and Veteran's Upward Bound.  Program features include detailed tracking of services and instructions offered to high school students (or Military Veteran's for VUB), including summer bridge programs. 

SA-TS
Developed specifically for TRIO Educational Talent Search programs.  ETS serves disadvantaged high school students.  Program specific features include the ability to track students by target school, as well as record test scores and group activities.

SA-EOC
Developed specifically for TRIO Educational Opportunity Centers.  EOC provides counseling and information on college admissions to qualified adults. Program specific features include the ability to track objectives, contacts and services for adult participants seeking postsecondary education.

SA-McNair
Specifically designed for TRIO Ronald E. McNair PostBaccalaureate Achievement.
McNair prepares participants for doctoral studies through involvement in research and other scholarly activities.  Program specific features include the ability to track students progress as they enroll in graduate programs and successfully complete  advanced degrees.


SA-GEARUP
Gaining Early Awareness & Readiness for Undergraduate Programs - Designed specifically to meet the needs of Gear Up partnership grants.  Gear Up serves an entire cohort of students beginning no later than seventh grade and follows the cohort through high school.

SA-MP
Developed specifically for Migrant Programs including HEP and CAMP.  These programs support high quality education for migratory children and provide support services such as academic instruction; remedial and compensatory instruction; bilingual and multicultural instruction; vocational instruction; career education services; special guidance; counseling and testing services.

SA-General
General version suitable for service organizations, academic advising offices and other grant programs.

Lab Contact Assistant

This add-on module is designed for use with SA-SSS.  It allows non-staff members such as students and tutors to securely enter their own contact/service information without accessing the main database.

SA-Lite
Free version that allows you to enter information for up to 50 students.  Available for each version listed above.  Ideal for evaluating features and benefits to see how they might fit your needs.
