StudentAccess for
Upward Bound
StudentAccess Upward Bound is a database focused on the needs of TRIO Upward
Bound programs. UB Programs are centered around providing services to help
students on their personal and academic success. SA-UB is currently in use at
over 200 educational institutions nationwide.
We have designed StudentAccess-UB to be an easy-to-use, comprehensive database solution for
student service-based organizations.
The information tracked in StudentAccess is intended to serve two goals:
1. To provide quick and easy access to information to improve
services on a
daily basis
2. Automatically generate annual reports and indicate missing
information
Features of SA-UB:
The Original APRG - StudentAccess created the Annual Performance Report
Generator - The quickest and easiest way to produce the information required by
the Department of Education. The APRG also includes Missing and Suspect
Information Reports to alert you to potentially inaccurate information. As an
added bonus you can even edit information directly from the report and your
changes will be saved back into your StudentAccess database.
Stipend Tracker -
Keep a record of the purpose, amount, and any other information you choose for a

Summer Bridge Scheduler -

the DRG allows you to create a custom report for any group of students you wish.
