StudentAccess - EOC is a web-based data tracking solution focused on the needs of TRIO Educational
Opportunity Centers. EOC programs provide counseling and information on college
admissions to qualified adults who want to enter or continue a program of
postsecondary education. An important objective of the program is to counsel
participants on financial aid options and to assist in the application process.
The goal of the EOC program is to increase the number of adult participants who
enroll in postsecondary education institutions.
Just like our standard database
version of EOC we have designed StudentAccess-EOC
Online to be an easy-to-use, comprehensive solution for student service-based organizations.
The main difference between the two versions are the user related benefits. SA Online
has made it even easier for customer to access their data!
The
information tracked in StudentAccess is intended to serve two goals:
1. To provide quick and easy access to information to improve
services on a daily basis
2. Automatically generate annual reports and indicate missing
information.

Access your Data from Anywhere - All you need is an internet connection! This allows you to
provide services outside of your office, work from home, or work from any
computer with an internet connection!
Automatic Updates and Downloads - Let us take care of annual updates and backups. We
perform them on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis. When the newest APRG is
released all you have to do is log-in! No more downloading and importing data
on your own! We do it for you!

The Original APRG -
StudentAccess created the Annual Performance Report Generator - The quickest and
easiest way to produce the information required by the Department of Education.
As an added bonus you can even edit
information directly from the report and your changes will be saved back into
your StudentAccess database.
Multiple Student Tool with Year Roll Over-
Recording group contacts, services, and comments is a snap with the MST! Just
select the appropriate participants, enter contact or service information and with
the click of a button the information is recorded in each participant's record.

Allows you to create follow up dates for students, tasks, or projects!
