StudentAccess - GU Online is a
web based data tracking solution focused on the specific needs and challenges of
GEAR UP grants. Our web based solution allows staff and
administration to access and manage their information from any computer with internet access.
All of the information is stored on our secure servers available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week.
We have designed StudentAccess-GU
Online to be an easy-to-use, comprehensive solution for student service-based organizations.
The
information tracked in StudentAccess Online is intended to serve two goals:
1. To provide quick and easy access to information to improve services on a daily basis
2.
Automatically generate annual reports and indicate missing
information.

Access your Data from Anywhere - All you need is an internet connection! This allows you to
provide services outside of your office, work from home, or work from any
computer with an internet connection!

perform them on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis. No more downloading and importing data

Scheduled
Activities - With StudentAccess, tracking activities
couldn't be easier. Enter a scheduled activity and you're ready to track who
attended and for how long. Assigning a student roster to the activity means no
long hours entering attendance information - simply check their name on the
roster!
Customizable Drop Down Lists - StudentAccess
has customized
drop down lists to fit your needs. StudentAccess includes several preconfigured lists
which you can edit, delete, or add new options to. Additionally, there are
several custom fields which allow you to add new categories you would like to
track.
Drill Down Reports - A special feature available within StudentAccess
reports! When you see a hyperlink within a field name, simply click on the link
to get more detailed information for that field. For example, when viewing the
Contacts Summary Report, clicking on any of the available services will show you
a list of students who received that service - along with the date, duration and
counselor.
Rosters - Create roster
lists for target schools, activities, events, student groups, tutoring labs,
anything you want to track.
Attendance - Track
student attendance at events and activities, plus how long they participated in
the activity (durations).
Quick Student Input and Quick Student Edit -
Pressed for time? Our Quick Input & Quick Edit features allow you to enter or
change basic student information quickly, so you can focus your time on
students, not paperwork.
Download to Excel -
Want to work with your data in a given spreadsheet? StudentAccess gives you the
ability to send your custom reports to Excel.
Custom Reports - With
StudentAccess you can create virtually any report in a few simple steps. Just
select the fields you want, choose filters to refine your results and run the
report. It's that easy!
