StudentAccess-SSS Online is a
web-based data tracking solution focused on the needs of TRIO Student Support
Services programs. SSS programs are centered around providing services to help
students in their personal and academic success.
Just like our standard database version of SSS we have designed StudentAccess-SSS Online to be an easy-to-use, comprehensive solution for student
service-based organizations. The main difference between the two versions are the user related benefits. SA Online
has made it even easier for customers to access their data!
The
information tracked in StudentAccess Online is intended to serve two goals:
1. To provide quick and easy access to information to improve
services on a daily basis
2.
Automatically generate annual reports and indicate missing
information.
Features of SA-SSS
Online:
Access your Data from Anywhere - All you need is an internet connection! This allows you to
provide services outside of your office, work from home, or work from any
computer with an internet connection!
Automatic Updates and Downloads - Let us take care of annual updates and backups. We
perform them on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis. When the newest APRG is
released all you have to do is log-in! No more downloading and importing data
on your own! We do it for you!
Security - Data is fully
encrypted and secured at our data center
No Outside IT Support Required - SA Online
is fully maintained and supported by us!
The Original APRG - StudentAccess created the Annual Performance Report Generator - The quickest and
easiest way to produce the information required by the Department of Education.
The APRG also includes Missing and Suspect Information Reports to alert you to
potentially inaccurate information. As an added bonus you can even edit
information directly from the report and your changes will be saved back into
your StudentAccess database.
Persistence Reports -
Track student information throughout the year! These reports are based on
the Department of Education (ED) Prior Experience Points Calculations for SSS
programs.
Inventory Manager -
Keep track of the items that students borrow with this simple check-in and
check-out inventory manager.
Multiple Student Tool -
Recording group contacts, services, and comments is a snap with the MST! Just
select the appropriate students, enter contact or service information and with
the click of a button the information is recorded in each student's record.
Dynamic Report Generator - Brought to you exclusively by StudentAccess, the DRG allows you to create a
custom report for any group of students you wish. Just select the students to be
included, choose the academic year, term (if desired) and the fields you want to
see. It's that easy!
