WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR UPDATES!  All StudentAccess software updates are included as part of your Annual Support Plan.  That means whenever updates or new features are added, you simply visit our website, enter your keycode and download the update. It's that easy!  

This also includes the Annual Performance Report Generator, which is updated annually to meet the requirements determined by the Department of Education.  Each year following the release of the current requirements, we update StudentAccess to match the fields as outlined by the Dept. of Ed.  Just download the update and you will be ready to complete your annual performance report!

The first year of annual support is included when you purchase StudentAccess.  Each year you will receive a renewal notice in the mail.  ASPs can be renewed online or over the phone when paying by credit card.  Or, you can simply drop a check in the mail if you prefer.  You may also purchase multiple years, essentially locking in the current annual price for as many years as you choose.
