Join SA Listserv
A Listserv is an electronic discussion group designed to give people with common
interests an easy way to communicate with each other. Any member of a listserv
can send messages to the listserv email address. Once this happens the email
will be distributed to all the listserv's members.
The StudentAccess Listserv provides you with the opportunity to discuss
StudentAccess with us and other TRIO programs that use StudentAccess software.
Currently, we offer 3 different listserv accounts: StudentAccess Listserv, SA
Student Support Services Listserv, and SA Upward Bound Listserv. StudentAccess
Listserv is our general listserv and it serves all TRIO Programs and GEAR UP.
Suscribing is easy! First, decide which list(s) you would like to be a member
of. You may join more than one, but you will need send a request to each
listserv individually.
To join, send an email to
listserv@listserv.heiberg.com and in the body of the email type:
SUBSCRIBE
STUDENTACCESS-LISTSERV
SUBSCRIBE
SA-SSS
and/or
SUBSCRIBE
SA-UB
The subject line should be blank.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting your request.
Once you receive this, you will be able to send and receive listserv messages.
If you have any difficulties signing up please send an email to
studentaccess-listservrequest@listserv.heiberg.com.
How to Send a Message:
To send a message to everyone currently subscribed to the list, send an
email to the appropriate address for the list you wish to reach:
studentaccess-listserv@listserv.heiberg.com for the general StudentAccess
listserv
SA-SSS@listserv.heiberg.com for
the Student Support Services listserv
SA-UB@listserv.heiberg.com for
the Upward Bound listserv
We recommend placing the topic of the email in the subject line to make it
easier for you and others to identify which messages are of particular interest.
* Please Note: You must be a member of any list you wish to post to.
How to Unsubscribe:
You may leave a list at any time by placing SIGNOFF and the name of the list you
wish to leave (either SA-SSS, SA-UB, or STUDENTACCESS-LISTSERV) in the body of
an email and sending it to
listserv@listserv.heiberg.com.
